The tower's undulating exterior is constructed from over 1,200 pieces of customized glass designed to capture panoramic ocean vistas. On-site facilities include an infinity-edged pool overlooking the ocean with private cabanas, an indoor golf simulator, a private cinema, a dedicated dog park, and an open-air sunset bar.
