Wahoo's Fish Taco

Founded in Costa Mesa in 1988 by the Lee brothers, the concept grew out of Southern California's surf and skate scene with recipes shaped by their upbringing across China, Brazil, and Baja. The Las Vegas location arrived in 2010 through the Flandermeyer family and partner Todd Parmelee. The kitchen turns out generous portions of globally inspired eats, serving fast Mexican-style fare that diners note avoids typical fast-food shortcuts while keeping pricing accessible.
