Led by Grandmaster Mimi Chan, the Azalea Park center balances martial arts instruction with an active performance ensemble, notably serving as Disney's primary lion dance partner. Practice centers on traditional disciplines such as Wah Lum Tam Tui Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and dragon dancing. Off the floor, programming includes curated film screenings alongside cultural workshops in calligraphy and language.
