Description

Translating literally to "Our Home," Wagaya is designed around a comfortable, casual space to share food and drink. In the kitchen, sauces and dishes are prepared in small batches, drawing on organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. The specialty broth builds from organic chicken and kurobuta pork bones, while the pork for the fresh gyoza is ground in-house. The dining room is also explicitly keiki-friendly, stocked with plastic bowls, cups, and highchairs.
