Vitality Bowls

Founded in 2011 by Roy and Tara Gilad after navigating their daughter's severe food allergies, this Marketplace Shopping Center cafe was built around carefully sourced superfoods. Açaí serves as the foundation for much of the counter, anchored by the signature Vitality Bowl: blended with organic açaí, bananas, strawberries, and flax seed, then topped with organic granola, honey, and goji berries. The broader menu rounds out the offering with fresh juices, salads, and soups.
