Winemaker Warner Dejulio grew VIN312 from a basement project into a working warehouse space where he leads tours and guided tastings. The bar lineup centers on onsite-crafted pours like Super Tuscan, Barbera, and Cabernet, served in a comfortable room with cozy seating. Beyond everyday glasses, the tasting room doubles as an evening gathering spot hosting occasional jazz nights, salsa nights, and live music.
