Description

The brand dates back to 1964, when founder Michele “Michael” Scotto brought recipes from Naples to New York City and opened the original pizzeria next to Broadway's CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater. The kitchen builds its food around those foundational recipes, relying on homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella, and fresh sauce.
