Description

The concept traces back to 1964, when founder Michele “Michael” Scotto opened the first location next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, bringing recipes from Naples to New York City. That foundation remains rooted in its original standards, centering on homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella, and fresh sauce.
