VIELMETTER LOS ANGELES
4.8 (55)gallery
A Downtown contemporary gallery showing major artists across vast industrial halls, a greenhouse, and an outdoor lanai.
Description

Susanne Vielmetter founded the gallery in 2000, representing a roster of local and internationally recognized artists and developing long-term relationships with them. That history includes mounting early solo exhibitions for artists including Amy Sillman, Edgar Arceneaux, Rodney McMillian, Wangechi Mutu, and Mickalene Thomas.
The South Santa Fe Avenue space, established in 2019 following earlier locations on Wilshire Boulevard, in Culver City, and a project space in Berlin, stages work across Gallery I through IV alongside a dedicated viewing room.
