Victories Banquet Hall

Located on Rising Sun Avenue, this Black-owned venue hosts receptions, parties, and private gatherings. Guests frequently highlight the responsive service and standout drinks, framing it as an easygoing neighborhood space for an event. While the hall earns praise for its celebratory setup, visitors also point out a practical quirk: the restroom features toilets without a dividing partition.
