Description
Occupying a single square block in downtown San Antonio along the southern bank of the river, the site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The architectural landscape spans early Victorian and Texas vernacular limestone buildings in addition to adobe structures. Operating as an artisan and entrepreneur district, more than 25 storefronts and galleries feature local handmade goods, flanked by dining spots and a calendar of over 200 annual events.
