🌽 Stuffed Cachapas on Dyckman Street

Cachapas y Mas puts massive Venezuelan sweet corn pancakes at the center of its Inwood menu. They arrive folded around a choice of fillings that run from roast pork and chorizo to shredded beef. Black beans, meat and cheese make up the sweet and savory combinations, bringing several ingredients together inside a single fold.

The selection stretches beyond that signature, with fried plantain yoyos stuffed with cheese alongside stuffed arepas and patacones. Sugarcane lemonade provides a drink option to go with the food. The family owned business traces its history back to 2008, and its fast food setup is decked out in orange and green, complete with a dancing ear of corn mascot.

At 107 Dyckman Street, doors open at 9 AM daily, closing at 2 AM Monday through Wednesday, 3 AM Thursday and Sunday, and 5 AM Friday and Saturday.
