Van Aalst Park Basketball Court

The sport court features a mat shaped for pickleball laid over the cement without a net, though visitors note that balls fail to bounce properly and tend to roll down the nearby hill. While unsuited for serious games, the hoop provides an informal setup for taking kids or working on solo shots. On the surrounding park grounds, children also use the open space to play baseball.
