Named for both the Italian town of Valenza and the owner’s son, Valen, this Brookhaven spot has operated since 2007 under Chef Matt Swickerath. The menu moves from cured meat and cheese boards and calamari to plates of creamy, savory bucatini, finishing with sweet staples like budino. Throughout the dining room, attentive service and a calm, sophisticated ambiance make it an easy fit for date nights and family dinners alike.
