Urban Sanctuary
4.8 (153)gym
4.8 (153)A Denver yoga studio that trades pretension for community, with unique offerings like Naked Yoga, Tarot and Flow, and Sound Baths.
Description
A safe haven from the expected designer-yoga-tights crowd, this is a place where classes like Naked Yoga, Tarot and Flow, Reiki, and monthly Sound Baths set the tone. The beginner sessions live up to the name, remaining meditative, spiritual, and peaceful even for advanced practitioners. A sense of community and a complete absence of snobbery make it an easy choice for anyone tired of the usual yoga scene.
