What started as a homebrewing project grew out of a fascination with ancient fermentation and a conviction that craft beer belongs alongside culture and community. Pours are brewed in house with herbs, spices, and flowers, resulting in botanical profiles reminiscent of handcrafted tea blends. Beyond the beer, the space operates as a gathering spot bringing together mocktails, art, and food under one roof.
