UP Art Studio

Founded in 2012 by husband-and-wife team Noah and Elia Quiles, the creative placemaking consultancy works under the mission of "Civic Pride through Civic Art." The firm facilitates public art by collaborating with local and international artists to uplift neighborhoods and underserved areas across Houston. Their broader portfolio of initiatives includes organizing the Big Walls Big Dreams festival and cataloging urban art through the Houston Mural Map.
