First laid out in 1912 by Samuel Untermyer and restored by the Untermyer Gardens Conservancy, the estate anchors its design in distinct architectural features and meticulously tended flora. Pathways connect a Greek amphitheater, the Temple of Love, a Ruin Garden, and the signature Vista staircase leading down to Roman columns.
