Two Williamsburg Coffee Bars From Pourovers to Miso Caramel Lattes
One Wythe Avenue bar brews precise pourovers in a gallery-like room. The other runs automated pour-over on Bedford Avenue and leans into creative lattes.
Wythe Avenue and Bedford Avenue
Precision Brewing on Wythe Avenue
Maru Coffee is the Brooklyn outpost of an LA-based brand, set in a serene, gallery-like room focused on precision brewing. Pourovers with floral and fruity notes share the menu with vanilla bean lattes and iced breve macchiatos, plus pastries from Frenchette. Seating is limited and there is no Wi-Fi, so it suits a quick cup.

Creative Lattes on Bedford Avenue
Sump Coffee pairs automated pour-over with light-roasted single-origin beans that can lean into unusual flavors. Creative lattes include black sesame, miso caramel and sticky toffee, and matcha is on the menu too. The low-pressure room has a cute seating area for settling in.

Quick Pourover or Slow Latte
Maru Coffee suits a quick, carefully brewed cup in a minimalist space. Sump Coffee suits a slower visit built around an unusual latte and a seat.
