Two Greeks Grill started out as a single grill cart run by Nick and Jerry. The lineup features different kinds of marinated meats, with everything hand-cut rather than relying on heat lamps or food sitting around. Souvlaki and Greek plates go onto the grill fresh only after an order comes in.
