Chefs Jason Bôso and Quincy Hart traded corporate careers for the line, honing their technique at The Four Seasons and Pappas Bros before launching the original location in Dallas’s Deep Ellum in 2006. The kitchen paired high-end background with fresh ingredients and plenty of irreverence, quickly gaining national attention after an appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2009.
