The shop takes its cues from founder Angelo Locilento’s roots in his mother's alimentari in Ferrandina, Italy. Shelves are stocked with Italian wines, house-made olive oil, and regional dry goods that can be tricky to source locally, including farro and fregola. At the counter, orders center on substantial made-to-order subs—ranging from classic Italian cold cuts and hot chicken Parm to Caprese layered with buffalo mozzarella made on-site.
