Tropical Fruit Wine Tastings Beside Waterfalls in Homestead
Taste mango and lychee wines made from South Florida tropical fruit beneath thatched tiki huts and limestone waterfalls in rural Redland.
🍷 Tropical Grove Pourings
The southernmost winery in the continental U.S., where the "grapes" are mangoes. Schnebly Redlands Winery crafts tropical fruit wines made from South Florida starfruit, mango, passion fruit, and lychee. The tasting room opens onto limestone waterfalls, coral rock pathways, and thatched tiki pavilions. Guests can book a $25 tasting to line up sweet lychee against tart carambola by the garden lagoon — a lazy farm-country afternoon an hour south of the city. Add the $16 winery tour (or $41 for tour + tasting). Rainy day? The tasting bar and The Redlander restaurant are covered, serving farm-to-table cuisine beneath the palms. Live music runs every Saturday and Sunday, 1–6 p.m., through Dec 27. Open Mon–Thu noon–5 p.m., Fri–Sat 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Sun 11 a.m.–8 p.m. It's about an hour's drive from downtown Miami with no easy transit, so pick a designated driver or split a rideshare. Tastings are 21+, bring ID.
