Trill Burgers

Before settling into its Montrose brick-and-mortar—housed in a former James Coney Island outpost featuring a drive-thru—Trill Burgers built its following across music festivals and the Houston Rodeo. Developed with chef partners Mike Pham and Fernando Valladares, the build pairs beef with caramelized onions and pickles on a potato roll bun. The recipe earned the title of best burger in America from Good Morning America in 2022, marking a swift evolution from 2021 pop-ups into a permanent neighborhood fixture.
