As part of the NYC DOT’s annual Trick-or-Streets initiative, the usual flow of Hillel Plaza is redirected to prioritize pedestrians over vehicles. This community-led celebration shifts the plaza's focus from transit to a series of interactive performances and harvest-themed activities, creating a space for music and dancing right in the middle of the local streetscape.
