Trevecca Urban Farm

Established to equip students to help food-insecure neighborhoods around the world, the farm integrates working agriculture across Trevecca’s grounds and neighboring lots. In the pastures, livestock guardian dogs oversee heritage goats, pigs, ducks, and chickens as they graze. The operation pairs open grazing with a worm farm, campus composting, a greenhouse, and vegetable gardens to sustain production right in the city.
