Grown from an original shop opened in 2000 to locations across Phoenix, Laveen, and Avondale, the kitchen focuses on regional Mexican sandwiches, traditional antojitos, and natural fruit drinks. The sandwich lineup spans carne asada, tortas de lomo, and tortas de pierna estilo cochinita pibil, alongside a torta Cubana layered with pork, avocado, tomato, onion, and lettuce.
