Torrance County Beach

Spanning 40 acres between Redondo Beach and Malaga Cove, this stretch of soft sand includes the section shared with Redondo, known locally as RAT Beach (short for “Right After Torrance” or “Redondo and Torrance”). Noted for its cleanliness compared to busier nearby beaches, the shore features volleyball nets, access to the paved bike path, and water suited for swimming, surfing, fishing, and scuba or skin diving.
