Created by chef and owner Sean “Sonny” Nguyen in 2019, Tori Tori pairs a modern cocktail bar with traditional Japanese pub fare. The menu expands beyond yakitori into Japanese small plates like Brussels okonomiyaki and chicken karaage, matched with an extensive beverage lineup that includes sake and Japanese whiskey flights. The space operates with big-city vibes and has held an official Michelin Guide recommendation since 2022.
