Description
Opened in 1967 on the UBC campus, this artificial turf venue hosts football, soccer, rugby, and major outdoor events for up to 12,000 spectators. Capacity expands beyond the main 3,500-seat grandstand onto surrounding grass embankments.
While upper rows sit under shelter, lower bleacher seats remain exposed to the elements when it rains. Attendance tends to stay modest and uncrowded compared to American college sports standards, giving games a low-key atmosphere.
