'Thrive' by Daniel Popper

Crafted by South African artist Daniel Popper, this 27-foot-tall figurative sculpture stands in a downtown covered breezeway. The glass-fiber-reinforced concrete installation features giant hands cradling a central arch that encloses a living fern garden. Visitors can walk under the statue's torso while taking in the surrounding river setting.
