Threshold Bodywork

Operated by licensed massage therapist Hartley Balderson, Threshold Bodywork provides individualized, anatomy-based care focused on chronic pain, acute injuries, and tissue rehabilitation. Sessions combine modalities such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and Swedish techniques to address specific structural needs. Hartley works with consent at the heart of the experience, calibrating pressure to release aches and muscular tension in a calm, attentive setting. To widen access, the practice also maintains dedicated BIPOC community care offerings.
