Three Ways to Stand Above the New York Skyline
Three of New York's highest viewpoints, each framing the city a different way, from mirrored glass in Midtown to open air over Rockefeller Center and a downtown tower above the harbor.
Three Decks on One Map
Mirrored Floors Above Grand Central
SUMMIT rises about 1,100 feet over Midtown, next to Grand Central Terminal. Its main draw is a set of mirrored rooms by Kenzo Digital, where glass floors and reflective walls turn the skyline into something you stand inside. Levitation glass skyboxes push out over Madison Avenue, and the Ascent glass elevator climbs the outside of the tower. Doors open at 8:00 AM daily, with last entry at 10:30 PM.

Open-Air Decks Over Rockefeller Center
Top of the Rock sits atop 30 Rockefeller Plaza, with three open-air decks across the 67th, 69th, and 70th floors. The sightlines run north over Central Park and south to the Empire State Building, the one view you cannot get from the Empire State Building itself. Add-on spots like the Beam and the Skylift set up the deck's signature photos. Hours run 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with last entry at 11:10 PM.

Downtown From the Tallest Tower
One World Observatory occupies floors 100 to 102 of One World Trade Center, above the corner of West and Vesey Streets. The elevator ride traces the city's growth on the way up, and the windows open onto the harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the outer boroughs on a clear day. The See Forever Theater and the City Pulse ring sit just off the glass. Hours run 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.
