Description
This fast-casual setup sources non-GMO, antibiotic-free chicken and imports glutinous and jasmine rice directly from Thailand. Set meals are rounded out with cucumber, pickled vegetables, and a cup of comforting chicken broth. To elevate the plates, the kitchen pairs dishes with dipping sauces like sweet chili and the spicy zab sauce. True to its low-key footprint, the restaurant uses compostable packaging and operates in a space with very limited seating.
