Three Hours at Niagara With the Tickets Already in Hand
A guide collects you, holds the three admissions, and runs the American side in order: boat first, then the decks.
Three of the stops on the American side carry an admission: the boat, the gorge decks, and the observation tower. This booking holds all three before you arrive, and a guide moves the group through them in order.
The vehicle is air-conditioned and the group is capped at thirteen. Three hours, door to door.

Pickup runs from hotels inside the operator's designated zone on the American side, fifteen minutes ahead of the departure time. Booking closes sixty minutes before the start and confirmation is instant.

The boat takes forty-five minutes of the three hours. It runs past the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls, then holds in the bend below the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, where the spray stops being scenery and becomes weather.
Ponchos are handed out before boarding. The Maid of the Mist has worked this stretch of river since 1846, and the operator treats the ride as the opening stop of the day.
Expect to be properly wet.
Down to the Hurricane Deck

Cave of the Winds takes another forty-five minutes. An elevator drops you into the gorge, and wooden walkways carry on from there to the base of Bridal Veil Falls.
The timber decks come down and go back up every year. The layout at the bottom shifts a little each season. The last platform is the Hurricane Deck, close enough that the water lands on you directly.
Ahead of the descent the operator's route notes put a small museum and a short film about Nikola Tesla, covering how the falls were turned into electricity.
The Stops Without Turnstiles
Between the ticketed stops the route works the park itself. Luna Island sets you between Bridal Veil Falls and the American Falls. Terrapin Point, out on the far edge of Goat Island, is the closest the American side gets to the Horseshoe.
The Nikola Tesla monument on Goat Island is a pass-by. The Observation Tower comes straight off the boat by elevator, the one elevated angle on an itinerary that otherwise stays at water level or below.
The Season the Boat Keeps
The operator lists the Maid of the Mist season as April 20 to November 5. Dates inside that window carry all three admissions; outside it the boat is not running.
Pickup is limited to the operator's designated zone on the American side. Travellers staying in Canada are asked to make contact ahead of the tour, and the operator offers free parking on the American side.
Guides work in English and Arabic. Infants ride on an adult's lap, and every booking needs at least one adult on it.
A full refund needs twenty-four hours' notice before the departure time. Gratuities are the one thing the price leaves out.
📍 There is no meeting point to find. The van collects you at your hotel inside the operator's American-side zone, fifteen minutes ahead of departure, and brings you back to it. The pin on this page marks Cave of the Winds at 10 Goat Island Rd, the second of the two ticketed stops.
Three hours after the van door closes you are back at the hotel, still damp, with the American side behind you.
