Set within Meliá Orlando Celebration, the restaurant divides its footprint between an indoor dining room and a casual outdoor setup. Inside, a 70-seat dining area and 20-seat bar anchor a menu of gourmet pizzas, burgers, salads, beer, and wine. Outside, the layout centers on Wilson’s Backyard, combining a 70-seat patio under colorful umbrellas with a 16-seat open-air counter and dog-friendly seating. Service also reaches past the patio perimeter, delivering food and drinks directly across 120 poolside loungers.
