The Three-Hour Pedicab Ride Reaches Harlem Meer and North Woods
A guided pedicab ride through Central Park that keeps stopping so you can climb out, walk up close, and get back on.
Central Park covers 843 acres and runs from 59th Street to 110th. Most visitors see the bottom third. A pedicab covers ground a walker cannot manage in one afternoon, and this operator sells the ride in three lengths that map onto three different amounts of park. The one-hour ride stays in the southern loop, while the three-hour version runs the full length of the park to Harlem Meer. Three adults is the most any cab carries.

Booking runs through Viator with instant confirmation on a mobile ticket. The ride holds 4.97 across 604 reviews. The length you choose is the only routing decision you make.

Stops are the structure of the ride. At each stop you climb out and walk to the landmark yourself while the guide waits with the cab. The one-hour ride makes four: Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge, Strawberry Fields, and The Dakota.
Stay seated and the whole thing compresses. The operator puts the two-hour ride at roughly an hour and twenty minutes when riders skip the walking, and the three-hour at about two hours. Some stops involve stairs or a climb uphill. One rider wrote in April 2025 that they were able to hop on and off to get closer to the points of interest and never felt rushed.
The Extra Hours Buy You the Northern Half

Eight stops come with the two-hour ride, which adds Cleopatra's Needle, the Reservoir, Belvedere Castle, and Shakespeare Garden. Twelve come with the three-hour, and the last four sit in a part of the park most visitors never reach.
Conservatory Garden is six acres of formal planting, and its Korean chrysanthemums peak around the week of Halloween. Harlem Meer covers eleven acres in the northeast corner, with the Harlem skyline standing at the far bank. Glen Span Arch and the North Woods close out the route. The North Woods runs forty acres, the largest of the three woodland landscapes in the park.
The Long Rides Close for the Season Before the Short One

Length and season are tied together here. The operator runs the three-hour and two-hour rides in warmer months and keeps one-hour rides going through the winter. This season the booking calendar stops three-hour departures after October 31 and two-hour departures after November 30. A December visitor gets the southern loop.
Rain cancels the ride. The operator stays off the road in wet weather, even on a small chance of it, and makes contact to move the booking or refund it. Booking early in a trip leaves room to push a rained-out slot to the next day.
Two Tickets Minimum, Three Riders to a Cab
The booking form starts at two tickets. A solo rider books two children's tickets, which is the operator's own workaround for that minimum. Three adults is the ceiling for one cab, a city law limit that covers every pedicab in the park, and larger groups ride in several cabs kept close together. Gratuities sit outside the fare.
Rides leave from the Sixth Avenue sidewalk outside the Starbucks between 57th and 58th, a minute or two from the F train at 57th Street. The guide arrives a few minutes ahead and calls your name, and the route returns to the same corner. Viator holds full-refund cancellations to twenty-four hours before departure and closes booking two hours out.
Pick the length first, then let the guide set the order of the stops.
