Conceived by Florida natives Ben Potts and Brian Nasajon, The Sylvester channels both old and new Miami into a lived-in parlor setting. The retro-eclectic room pairs plush couches and Abuela-style furnishings with a front-room pool table that draws early competition. At the bar, drinks emphasize locally sourced and sustainable ingredients alongside carefully selected spirits, while the soundtrack leans on culturally influenced tunes and late dancing between Wynwood and the Design District.
