The Studio NW

Training here treats acting as an exercise in presence and authenticity grounded in truth-based energy. Instruction is guided by working industry figures, including an Emmy-winning director, a Broadway veteran, and a former casting director alongside coach Katie O’Grady. In addition to weekly classes, offerings cover improv and career consultations within an open, encouraging community. The 3,500-square-foot Pearl District space is outfitted with two private studios, an audition room, and a voice-over booth, plus a kitchen and lobby equipped for script read-throughs.
