Description
Completed in 2018, the complex stands as the Northwest's tallest Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) building, pairing 38,000 square feet of industrial workspace with 3,000 square feet of retail. Ecological engineering runs throughout the site, incorporating interior and exterior living walls alongside an integrated greywater cistern. Overhead, the roof terrace accommodates up to 250 people beneath a canopy of 20 full-size trees, while the interior serves as home to organizations spanning research, development, marketing, and social services.
