Conceived as the first meatball and butchery-inspired concept to launch in Phoenix, the chef-driven neighborhood spot was developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, lead designer Cristina Maggiore, and business partner Flora Tersigni. In addition to daily house pastas, the kitchen arranges Sicilian- and Italian-inspired bruschetta boards.
