Daily activity runs from high-intensity cardio classes and youth sports clinics to patient, structured swim instruction in the aquatics wing. The grounds also integrate creative arts and education programs, a preschool, and an active church ministry, supported by an on-site cafe and rental event halls. Outside of scheduled training, visits largely center on moving between the indoor exercise rooms and the expansive family pool grounds.
