The Red Lion Pub
4.6 (949)bar
A bi-level English pub framed by Tudor beams, wartime relics, and book-lined shelves built for conversation.
Description

Proprietor Colin Cordwell shapes the Lincoln Park tavern around layered family histories. Dedicated corners document his relatives, including a wall detailing his father’s role as a forger aiding the Great Escape and an upstairs space honoring his mother’s scholarship in Yoruba art and culture.
Cordwell’s personal collection of British history and literature lines the interior alongside decades of local ghost lore. The atmosphere shifts with the seasons, offering open-air dining in warm weather and three roaring fireplaces in winter, anchored by a tap list of 14 unique drafts alongside an extensive selection of single malts, bourbons, and ryes.
