Opened in late December 2023 during the Year of the Rabbit, the concept was inspired by owner Joanie McCollom’s mother, whose tales of Taiwan and China felt like a curious Wonderland. Built around a quest for casual Asian American food, the business emphasizes featuring local and under-represented food and drinks, while also turning out a smashed burger paired with free fries during happy hour.
