Run by chef, owner, and innkeeper Dave Samber for over 40 years, the former Polo Café and Catering pairs its themed rooms and antique furnishings with neighborhood dining. For gatherings, the property opens into the Old Eagle Room, a 1914 picture show turned event space equipped with a Rodgers 360 Theatre Organ and a Wurlitzer concert grand piano.
