Developed by BioMed Realty with operational support from Global Arts Live, the 45,000-square-foot facility on Kendall Street focuses on supporting artists, nonprofits, and public gatherings. Main performances run in the 404-seat Takeda Theater, supported by a 3,100-square-foot rehearsal studio. Downstairs, the smaller 125-seat Tempo Stage anchors an open ground-floor commons that integrates the Upbeat Bar and communal gathering spaces into the event experience.
