Built on recipes that began more than 50 years ago, this kitchen has been family-owned for three generations. Beyond the batters, sauces and syrups are prepared from scratch daily. The signature Apple Pancake arrives as a single large cake smothered with sautéed apples and cinnamon sugar baked to a rich glaze, while the air-filled Dutch Baby comes served with lemon, whipped butter, and powdered sugar.
