Description
Founded by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke, the menu was built on their working knowledge of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes. Still run as a second- and third-generation family business even with more than a hundred locations nationwide, the operation maintains exacting pantry standards: batters and sauces are made fresh in each restaurant using 93 score butter, pure 36% whipping cream, fresh grade AA eggs, and unbleached hard wheat flour.
