Description
The non-profit center is dedicated to preserving and celebrating outsider art, folk art environments, and artist-built structures in Houston. Beyond its namesake monument, it oversees landmark cultural sites including the Beer Can House and Smither Park, and produces large community celebrations like the annual Houston Art Car Parade.
