The experience begins on the street, where you must retrieve a secret entry code by using a phone hidden inside an outdoor mailbox. Inside, the multi-course dinner is split evenly: six counter seats offer a direct view of the chef preparing the meal, while another six guests sit at a private table. The menu centers on fresh sushi flown in from Japan, served in a highly personal setting where diners can interact directly with the kitchen staff.
